Job Description
Job Summary
One of our Clients, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper with hands-on experience in digital inventory management systems. The role involves managing store operations, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring efficient material handling through computerized inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate stock records using a digital / computerized inventory management system
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies
Issue materials as per approved requisitions and update system records
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system data
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and safety of materials
Prepare inventory reports and stock summaries
Coordinate with procurement, accounts, and operations teams
Ensure compliance with company policies and audit requirements
Required Qualifications
Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
2-3 years of experience as a Store Keeper
Proven hands-on experience with digital inventory or ERP systems
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computerized record keeping
