Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in shaping the organization’s talent framework, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations align with company goals and legal standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-caliber talent.

  2. Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis of HR market trends, optimize recruitment channels, and provide data-driven recommendations for the company’s talent strategy.

  3. Employee Relations: Proactively manage employee relations issues, ensuring fair, transparent, and consistent resolution in alignment with company policies.

  4. Compensation & Benefits: Administer and oversee the company’s compensation structure and employee benefits programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

  5. Policies & Compliance: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable labor laws and regulatory standards.

  6. HR Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of HR initiatives supporting organizational growth, performance, and culture enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, employment law, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, and recruitment.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to design and implement successful HR programs and people initiatives aligned with business strategy.

    • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools and HRIS systems

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    • Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving ability
