Job Description
Mana Bay Water Park is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, HR management experience, and a proven track record in employee training and development.25
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full HR and administrative functions of the water park.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
- Lead recruitment, on-boarding, and employee performance processes.
- Design and conduct training programs for employee development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Maintain effective employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
- Manage office administration, facilities, and support services.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in HR & Admin roles.
- Must have proven experience in employee training and development.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software (Empulse) and MS Office Suite.
- Must have prior experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
