Job Description

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:

  • Strong commercial acumen, strategic planning, and market development skills; proven leadership in building high-performing teams; excellence in stakeholder management, decision-making, and driving a performance-oriented culture.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategies and execute the division’s strategy to achieve top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear KPIs, sales plans, and market expansion goals.
  • Manage P&L with a focus on revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost optimization.
  • Lead sales and distribution strategies to expand market share and drive channel performance.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment between sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with principals, key customers, and industry partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events to enhance brand presence and influence.
  • Lead, coach, and develop sales leadership teams (BLMs/RSMs) for peak performance.
  • Drive a performance-driven culture that rewards accountability and innovation.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
  •  Champion continuous improvement initiatives in sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Ensure full compliance with policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
