Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
โข Oversee and manage all housekeeping operations across The Centaurus Mall to ensure
high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
โข Supervise, train, and allocate duties to housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to
cleaning protocols.
โข Conduct regular inspections of public areas, washrooms, food courts, service corridors,
and parking zones.
โข Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment
and proper upkeep.
โข Coordinate with maintenance, security, and operations teams for smooth service
delivery.
โข Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
โข Address and resolve visitor or tenant complaints related to housekeeping promptly.
โข Implement and monitor daily cleaning schedules to ensure continuous upkeep during
mall operational hours.
Experience:ย
- Housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position, preferably in large-scale commercial or retail operations.
Skills:
โข Excellent leadership and team management skills.
โข Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
โข Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of housekeeping software is an advantage.
