Dynea Pakistan Limited (the Company) was incorporated in Pakistan as a public limited company, under the repealed Companies Act 1913 (now the Companies Act, 2017) on 20 June, 1982 and is listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and sale of formaldehyde, urea / melamine formaldehyde and Moulding compound. 

Our expertise centers around crafting and selling top-notch Urea/Melamine Moulding compound. With a dedicated division for Formaldehyde and wood-based resins, we’re a driving force in the chemical sector. While we manufacture a variety of compounds, our emphasis is on the excellence of Moulding Compounds, setting us apart in the market.

As the market leader, we ensure that our products touch essential aspects of everyday life – be it tableware, wood-based panels, or laminations. We have a profound understanding of how to deliver solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our esteemed customers.

This includes 119,000 metric tons of Formalin, 77,000 metric tons of UF-MF Formaldehyde, 39,000 metric tons of Moulding Compound, and 2,000 metric tons of Glazing Powder.
