As Director of Operations and HR at Beyond Bricks, I lead the full spectrum of business operations and people strategy for a rapidly expanding design and construction firm. Reporting directly to the CEO, I oversee all administrative, financial, and HR functions, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
