I Talha Nisar Khan have done MPA (Major HRM) from University of Karachi in December, 2011 and CPHR in 2023. Apart from this I have been working since August, 2010 in the field of Human Resources. I served several reputed firms from manufacturing as well services sector. I started my career from an NGO named Ismailia Youth Services as an HR Executive and continued my journey by serving Feroze1888 Mills Limited, Lucky Textile Mills Limited, Al Rahim Group of Companies, Bahria Foundation (A subsidiary of Pakistan Navy) and Samad Group of Industries. My first internship was in Precision Engineering Complex (Pakistan International Airline Corporation) and second was in Pakistan International Airline Corporation (Head Office).

Currently I am working in PostEx as Senior Manager HR (Head of HR). It is very established name in the market with long history. Here I am responsible to look after all the activities of HRM including but not limited to technical / non-technical talent acquisition, learning & development, organizational development, strategic HR, compensation & benefits, payroll management etc. I have always tried to ensure that modern organizational practices are followed in the HR operations so that my employer can compete with other old-fashioned practices.
