Manage as well as scrutinizing the construction/maintenance
budget, overseeing expenditures and identifying cost-saving
opportunities without compromising quality for procurement
afterward execution of Power distribution Underground &
External Electrification systems (HT/LT Panels, Transformers,
HT/LT Cables) , (Street Light system) , (Conduit materials for
building electrification) and Mechanical system (Turbine,
Submersible pumps, Motors) in Tube Well capacity 0.5-2 Cusec
and sewerage disposal stations SDS along with Control Room
( switchgear room ).
ï‚· Liaising with site staffs and contractors for improvement and new
strategies, as instructed by Directors and according to already
vetted design as per NEPRA/WAPDA standards, drawing through
Consultant/Engineer In charge.
ï‚· Preparing of Tender documents, RFQ, BOQ, reconciliation
reports, analyses, contracts, engineer estimate, budgets, risk
assessment and multiple project documents like punch list.
ï‚· Reviewing construction plans, Prepare and present regular reports
on construction performance, highlighting key metrics and areas
for enhancement and dealing with site staff. Supervise
commissioning and testing of system before take in charge.
ï‚· Technically/Arithmetically checking of RFQ,IPCs , Final bills
then forward to Engineer in charge in form of minute sheet
proceeding. -

ï‚· Develop plans for a variety of elements like Site execution in
which Installation ,Earthing, Testing and Commissioning of 4-way
Switch RMS,3-way Switch RMU,Pad Mounted Transformer
PMTs 630-100KVA,LT Service Box, Street Light Poles and
SLCPS as well as make calculations for route of laying of Feeder
,HT and LT Cables with installation of Heat Shrink Termination
Kits according to Design and vetted Drawings,Earthing,Testing
(Megger,Hipot) and commissioning within above mentioned
Projects under the supervision of Project Manager.
ï‚· Manage contracts from drafting, evaluation, negotiation and
variation against sub-contractor and Client/ Customer.
ï‚· Prepare inventory according to LESCO/WAPDA standards.
 Preparation of Running and Final invoices with Client/Customer’s
documentation protocols like Check Requests, Measurement
Book(MB) Sheets along with as built drawings.
