I am a Mechanical Engineer specializing in CAD/CAM/CAE including SolidWorks, ANSYS, and Mastercam. Certified VCAT-I analyst. Proven project leadership, technical project execution and skilled in mechanical design, GD&T, FEM, Advanced Manufacturing Systems including 3D printing, CIM, CNC machining and Injection molding. 1. Performed function and pressure test of quad combi BOP at 7,000 Psi using Haskel pump.
2. Performed overhauling of a V8 diesel engine of a power pack used in coiled tubing unit.
3. Performed inspection of an air tank in frac pump unit through visual, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and pneumatic pressure inspection using proper instruments for each.
4. Developed understanding of procedure of team tasks, QHSE including PTW systems, JSA, manual handling, housekeeping, MSDS, LOTO and confined spaces. -

3. Replaced feed check valve of a water tube boiler in powerhouse, adhering to PTW.
4. Fabricated 30 x 20 x 10 cm tin and 40 x 40 x 40 cm carton packaging by soldering and blanking press.
