Maintenance Manager

Job Responsibilities,
– Manage maintenance activities for pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, including encapsulation, tablet compression, coaters, blending mixers, and granulation machines, utilizing the SAP S4/HANA
PM Module to drive preventive maintenance strategies and ensure optimal equipment performance, efficiency, and reliability.
– Prepare preventive maintenance plans & establish preventive maintenance frequency based on criticality of equipment & practice defined in operating manual using SAP S4/HANA.
– Conduct RCA, prepare report indicating details of equipment failure & corrective action.
– Accountable for optimizing machine performance by analyzing downtime trends, MTTR, MTBF, and fault frequency rates via maintenance dashboard, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance overall equipment effectiveness and reduce downtime.
– Coordinate with internalstakeholders regarding URS & various vendors,suppliers, OEMs regarding the
procurement of spares, materials & fabrication of item required for equipment.

Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities,
– Establish or coordinate the maintenance or safety procedures, service schedule, or supply of materials required to maintain machines or equipment in the prescribed condition.
– Schedule, plan & execute maintenance activities linked with rotary & stationary equipment along with leading preventive maintenance using SAP (ECC6) Plant Maintenance Module.
– Prepare preventive maintenance plans & establish preventive maintenance frequency based on criticality of equipment using SAP (ECC6) PM.
– Monitor maintenance activities & assist in troubleshooting of equipment failure to determine the root cause.
– Prepare documents for budget associated with turnaround/maintenance activities, monitor budget & seek areas for cost improvement.
– Coordinate with procurement department & monitor, analyze material reservation & requirement in SAP (ECC6) PM & raise Purchase Requisition (PR) with reference to inventory level & carry out follow up of procurement of material to ensure availability of all required material as per API, ASME, ASTM, ANSI and other relevant standards.

– Prepare preventive maintenance plans & establish preventive maintenance frequency based on criticality of equipment using SAP S4/HANA.
– Prepare documents for budget(CAPEX & OPEX) associated with maintenance activities, monitor budget & seek areas for cost improvement.

– Installed & commissioned 02 nos. Trans Wrap Machines(PackPlus) for two different projects.
– Installed & commissioned Flow Wrap DXD-280(D&R) machine.
– Layout Finalization for installation of new machines with Production team.
– Take cost from vendor, OEM & prepare cost comparative for modification in existing machine & new project as per URS.
