  • Financial Leadership: Directed IFRS-compliant financial reporting for publicly listed companies and managed consolidation for 18 subsidiaries across multiple sectors. Successfully led statutory, internal, and government audits, ensuring comprehensive and timely resolution of findings.
  • Strategic Transactions: Played a key role in major due diligence, acquisitions, and divestments. Notable transactions include the formation of Tabreed KSA (in collaboration with National District Cooling, UAE) and EMCOR KSA (in partnership with EMCOR Facilities, USA).

Led ACWA’s conversion from LLC to CJSC, restructured loans totaling SAR 1 billion with a secured two-year grace period, and developed scenario-based financial models to support executive decision-making.
  • IPO Readiness: Played a key role in preparing organizations for IPO, enhancing financial systems and governance frameworks to support growth and investor confidence.
