• As a member of CKD Store and General Store, I am responsible for managing and optimizing a 25,000 Sq.Mtr
warehouse worth of $200 million. This includes creating plans to automate allocating processes, increasing
efficiency and reducing costs.
• Implementing ‘Just In Time’ material supply strategies, enhancing human resource efficiency through
Yamazumi & Kanban process practices. It also helps elevate production agility across Body Shop, Paint Shop,
and TCF Lines.
• Fostering essential liaisons with internal customers to facilitate precise material movement in adherence to
FIFO/LIFO plans, monitoring stock levels via SAP (MM), and aging factors for both imported and local
supplies.

quality of workmanship.
