Engineer I&C

Responsible for PM, CM, CBM, and Breakdown maintenance of turbo machinery, gas
generators, motor control center, and other electrical equipment.
• I have formulated maintenance work plans for all equipment. I have successfully designed
electrical drawings in the compressor plant area.
• I have carried out calibration of pressure switches, transmitters, and gauges as per the
ASME and IEC standards.
• I have successfully performed routine, top-end, and major overhauling jobs of Guascor FGLD
240 and CAT 3412 gas generators.
• I have prepared Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Permit to Work (PTW), Job
Safety Analysis (JSA), and Management of Change (MOC) for the compression section.
• I am proficient in carrying out planning and managing activities for Electrical and
instrumentation projects of various natures by using CMMS oracle-based software for material
acquisition.
• I am responsible for troubleshooting plant machinery including DR 990 gas turbine
centrifugal compressors, rotary equipment including 3 phase induction motors, Pumps, and
static equipment, including scrubbers, and filters.

Assistant Engineer compressor

To ensure the normal and safe operation of three Dresser rand turbo compressors and their
gas coolers, lube oil cooler and seal oil coolers, and gas generators.
• Responsible for operational and maintenance activities of the motor control center and all


electrical equipment, ensuring minimum downtime.
• Prepared Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Permit to Work (PTW), Job
Safety Analysis (JSA), and Management of Change (MOC) for the compression section.
• Managed smooth operations and timely maintenance of motor starters, soft starters, VFD,
and electric fire pumps.
• Acted as an active respondent in emergencies, ensuring the implementation of the
emergency response plan.

Trainee engineer

To ensure the normal and safe operation of three Dresser rand turbo compressors and their
gas coolers, lube oil cooler and seal oil coolers, and gas generators.
• Respond immediately and effectively in case of any emergency during the operation of
compressors and generators.
