3× during peak season.
Ensuring safety as a top priority, on inbound, storage, fumigation and outbound
operations with 100% EHS compliance maintaining zero Lost Time Injury Rate
(LTIR) and recordable cases.
Created Power BI reports analyzing 5 years of corn buying data to inform
leadership decisions.
Developed a mechanism to ensure delivery of <15PPB Re corn, contributing to cost savings. Commissioned new 300-ton corn dryers, achieving 113% output within 30 days through root cause analysis. Initiated 5-month advance planning for SP-25 season, reducing procurement cycle from 66 to 30 days while ensuring quality and cost efficiency. Supervised fumigation, GMP and maize quality control in coordination with QC and entomologist. Led inventory audits, shelling, drying, and IMS activities to ensure operational accuracy and compliance. Planned seasonal layouts and resource allocation. Trained staff and resolved contractor-related issues.
