capacity of 260K tons with inventory worth approx. PKR 15.6 billion.
Leading a team of 50 direct reports and managing 3 labor contractors, with 100–
150 daily manpower for inhouse storage, loading, and unloading, scaling up to 2–
3× during peak season.
Ensuring safety as a top priority, on inbound, storage, fumigation and outbound
operations with 100% EHS compliance maintaining zero Lost Time Injury Rate
(LTIR) and recordable cases.
Created Power BI reports analyzing 5 years of corn buying data to inform
leadership decisions.
Developed a mechanism to ensure delivery of <15PPB Re corn, contributing to cost savings. Commissioned new 300-ton corn dryers, achieving 113% output within 30 days through root cause analysis.
