Currently, as Manager Operations Excellence at Gerry’s dnata, I lead Operational Excellence across 7 international airports in Pakistan, ensuring safe, efficient, and innovative ground handling. Previously, as Manager Product Development at Packages Converters Limited, I helped in the design and launch of customer-centric tissue products, conducting detailed market analyses and identifying growth opportunities. At Bulleh Shah Packaging, I led Pakistan’s first enzymatic starch conversion plant, a groundbreaking $1.1M project, while achieving significant cost savings and operational improvements.
