TRAINEE ENGINEER

• Complete assigned area rotations and practical site visits, follow mentor instructions and document learning outcomes.
• Assist in operation, inspection and routine maintenance of electrical equipment: MV/LV switchgears, MCCs, transformers, VFDs, UPS, motors and capacitor banks.
• Participate in commissioning, start‑up checks and shutdown planning for equipment under supervision.
• Perform electrical tests and measurements: insulation/ohmic resistance, motor/transformer checks, cable isolation tests and calibration verifications of measuring equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and fault diagnosis of motors, drives, control cabinets, MCCs and protection relays; propose corrective actions and document findings.
• Work with instrumentation and PLC teams to understand electrical interfaces with PLC/DCS, drive parameterization and interlocks.
• Learn and assist in workshop activities: winding shop, motor overhauls, balancing, mechanical alignments and basic fabrication/repairs.
• Participate in grid station, power distribution and shift‑duty observations to understand plant power flows, protection and safe switching practices.
• Follow Permit‑to‑Work, LOTO and confined‑space rules; use PPE; attend and apply HSE training in day‑to‑day tasks.
• Maintain accurate equipment tagging, flow sheets, drawings, spares records and update work orders / move orders as assigned.
• Prepare quarterly training reports and submit assessments to HOD; track progress against the training plan.

PROJECT ENGINEER

• Oversee solar projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
• Develop and review PV system layouts, single-line diagrams, and performance simulations using tools like PVsyst, AutoCAD, or Helioscope.
• Conduct technical site visits to evaluate feasibility, shading, and structural integrity.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and commissioning records.
• Provide engineering input during procurement, construction, and O&M phases.

ASSISTANT MANAGER ADMINISTRATION & HR

• Oversee campus operations, including facilities management, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Lead construction/renovation projects, ensuring compliance & timely progress.
