Head of Quality

Head of Quality Control, Compliance and Analytical Services at Platinum Pharmaceuticals Private Limited from 2nd January 2023 – Present

To supervise Quality Control, Compliance and R & D Analytical Services Teams and conduct training sessions for the development of the teams.
Product Technical complaints, Recalls, Hold Time Study and Transportation Study.
Part of Quality Operations team for implementations of Quality Management System and coordinate in preparations of local and international audits, APR, MRM, CAPA etc.
To conduct Validations and Stability Studies and ensure calibrations, qualifications and maintenance activities of instruments.
To co-ordinate with vendors for Instruments procurement, service contracts and to discuss the existing instrument malfunctioning and related issues.
To coordinate with Quality Assurance, Production, maintenance, regulatory affairs, supply chain, administration, HR and warehouse. etc. departments for consistently suitable output of products.
To investigate the product failure and perform Root Cause Analysis for Failures Investigation.
Evaluate data for trends indicative of product, method and analyst performance.
Develops and maintains collaborative working relationship with other Heads / Managers
Devising, improving & reviewing new specifications and procedures & training staff to use them.
Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies.
Inspecting final output, comparing it to the requirements, & approving or rejecting final products.
Ensure self-inspection and Internal/External audits (vendor Audit) are conducted as per schedule and their observation/findings identified are properly addressed and closed as per given timeline.
Gaining feedback from the clients and assisting external auditors & inspectors.
Provide assistance to Head of Plant Operations in administrative, scientific and regulatory matters and officiate in his place during his absence from company.
Excellent management & decision-making skill.
Any other job assigned by CEO and Head of Plant Operations.
