    Amreli Steels Limited is one of the largest manufactures of steel Reinforcement Bars in Pakistan. Situated in the industrial hub of Karachi & have another plant in Dhabaje, it most modern hot re-rolling mill technologies in the industry and is capable of continuously producing straight bars with its own rolling & steel melting shop. Amreli steels have capability to produce 600,000 Tons of bars via both rolling plants & 600,000 Tons billets from steel melting plant.
     Assist director technical Planning, Scheduling and Monitoring of the maintenance and Projects, contracts management, project control, optimize staff, risk management, budgeting and management of complete project as well overall maintenance planning, management and execution activities in the plant.
     Lead and handle complete production activities to meet monthly target including technical & QC.
     Reporting and updates to CEO (owner) & COO overall maintenance & project activities in the plant.

    SDTV was inaugurated on 21st December 2006 in the Djibouti Port; the new and most modern Bulk terminal of the region, SDTV is a privately owned company by Sheik Mohammed Hussein Ali Al Amoudi (MIDROC GROUP – SAUDIA ARABIA) with an exclusive concession to all dry bulk cargoes to be handled within the port of Djibouti- East
    Africa for Ethiopia, Somalia, and Djibouti. The construction was made and in-progress by jointly financed by MIDROC
    GROUP, AFRICAN BANK and ISLAMIC CORPORATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRIVATE SECTOR.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
     To plan, execute as well assist Deputy CEO (Arab), CEO (Canadian) , COO (Italian), and CFO (American) regarding maintenance and project activities in complete bulk terminal/port, complete plant from VIGAN – Belgium having fixed & Mobile Bagging units also different types of conveyors, packing machines, NIVs’ Suction machines (600 Mton discharge capacity) with automatic different type of conveyors system, shopper hoppers, fixed bagging system 16 lines along with hoppers, several underground & overhead conveyors (Volcanic, Flexco & chain conveyor etc.) in storage silos also with length of 400 Meter, 20 MWatt power plant including Caterpillar, Perkins & Cummins Engine, utilities, Diesel Engines along with mobile equipments German Liebher & Chinese crane 65 tons, 10 Wheel loaders, 6 Bob Cat, 10 Lifters, 10 Excavators, air compressors etc. in 24 hours running bulk terminal.

    • Cost Saving Project: In progress, after consultation with Belgium team, spillage cargo will be recycled after amendment in conveyor system, menu and PLC system of the conveyor to safe huge amount.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
     Assist GM Engineering regarding maintenance activities in the plant and also monitoring of maintenance activities in Utility, Paint Shop that is similar to small chemical plant and Co-Generation department air conditioning, Waste water treatment plant, softening plant, RO plant, Gas & Diesel Generators, Gas Turbine, Air Compressors, Gas Compressors, Gas and waster heat recovery Boilers, Hot water Generators, Absorption chillers, conveyors, etc. and also complete facility management activities, 24 hrs running plant.
     To lead team of Engineers, Executives and technicians for implementation of preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, also manage breakdowns during shifts and other maintenance activities.
     To Prepare & follow up budgeted figures related to routine & planned maintenance and ensures that there is no overrun of the budget and also ensures that other mechanical maintenance objectives like Cost Reduction, Safety and Environment Standards, etc. will be achieved.
