All positions focus on implementing the organizations HR process alignment, policies, tools & methodologies in the areas of HR planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, talent development, performance evaluation, OD, safety & employee wellness, employee communications & general administration in collaboration with functional heads.
HR Business Partnering & Organizational Effectiveness:
• Involved in Talent Acquisition for the upcoming $1.2 Billion Refinery Upgrade & Expansion project.
• Worked on Succession Planning process along with Coaching & Mentoring plan in pipeline.
