General Manager Operation (Head of Factory)

Plant Operations (Production/ Administration/ SC operation)
• Lead, direct, and control the day-to-day activities of a plant to achieve the short and medium-term financial and operating objectives set by the overall corporate business plan.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets that will enhance the plant’s operations capabilities.
• Project Management of Factory expansion projects which includes installation and commissioning of Spray dried manufacturing plant, utilities, upgradation projects Boiler, Chilling unit, Solar power Generation, capacities up gradation of packaging machineries and other Capex projects.
• Manages the development of project plans in advance of project activity assuring effective execution by the Project Team. Monitors progress to assure compliance with the pre-determined execution plan.
• Detailed engineering in Commissioning of the Utility section of the new Glucose facility.

Group Manager Production

• 100% responsible for Manufacturing of Complete Pepsi Co. Beverage portfolio comprising of Glass bottle, PET, Can and Tetra. Guaranteeing plant operation in conformance to Pepsi cola food and health safety standards.
• Responsible for planning procurement, production, maintenance, asset management, Capex projects, over all OPEX of all 5 Manufacturing Facilities.
• Accountable for KPI management related Maintenance & Production/Quality with special focus on Effective delivery of Business Plan + category growth.
• Successful upgradation of Energy Efficient Ammonia chilling system by centralization.
• 6 MW Power plant project at Pakistan Beverages (Year 2021-22)
• Successful Commissioning of Fastest CSD line of Pakistan with Capacity achievement of 60,000BPH
• Successful installation State of the art hot filling line in Malir plant with swing capability.

Production/Maintenance Lead: (Supply chain operation)

• Responsible for overall production/Maintenance of Plant comprising of Glass bottle and PET production line and toll filling for Can &Tetra.
• Responsible for Production and Maintenance management of production lines, utilities and other plant areas.
• Possess expertise in maintaining and optimizing production lines, with a strong focus on critical utility systems including 40Bar high-pressure compressors, ammonia refrigeration systems, low-pressure air compressors, boilers, and gensets.
• Business planning for the year for Employment, Repair and Maintenance Production, Repair and Power Utilities.
• Ensuring smooth operations in continuation of business objective, Capex/OPEX planning and monitoring.
• Coordinate and recommend procedures for facility and equipment maintenance/ modification and up-gradation of machines.
• Standardizing packaging using ASTM standards, resulting in 30% wastage reduction whilst inter-territory goods transfer.

Planning & execution of fieldwork according to established schedule of below mentioned projects as per Toyota Guidelines.
