About me
I am Muhammad Musharaf Shehzad; an Industrial Engineer and MBA in Supply Chain from the most reputable institutes of Pakistan; NED University of Engineering and Technology and IBA Karachi respectively. I have a diversified experience in FMCGs, Retail, Automotive and Textiles.
My entire career has been in Supply Chain during which I have built warehouse from scratch, modified existing warehouses to either increase capacity or productivity, lead planning and forecasting, determined inventory levels, defined logistics for serving of stocks across region, identified vendors to increase vendor base, designed dashboards for increasing visibility, started the concept of Master Data, initiated HSE Policy and surfaced cost-effective ideas by developing new packaging materials, introducing EVs to reduce cost of distribution, increasing service level, elevating inventory accuracy and optimizing inventory levels w.r.t the lead times.
I was able to achieve all this because of my excellence in building a competitive team, building their capacity and enabling them to serve the business at their very best.
