Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
Lead member of the Customer Services Department implementing centralized order taking, order planning & invoicing of fuel products to optimize logistics resources to the maximum possible extent around the region.
Worked as a focal point to plan and ensure supplies of around 2000 MT of Motor Fuel from Machike Terminal.
Kept physical intervention with terminal staff by visiting every month in order to take better understanding of on ground challenges and reviewed all existing routes in order to identify risks and take preventive measures to ensure safety.
To perform reverse logistics (Cancellation of SOs, deliveries, shipments, invoices and STOs), handling of customer complaints and maintaining cordial customer relationships. Major Achievements:
Planned and executed 3.2M Liters motor fuels in a single day and got appreciation from higher management.
