I am Dr. Engr. Muhammad Anser Kazim (Ph.D.), a seasoned professional in Electrical Engineering, MEP, Building Services, and Total Project Management (TPM) with over 20 years of international and national experience across Australia and Pakistan. My academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Energy Sustainability & Smart Systems) from Victoria University, Melbourne, along with a Master’s in Electrical Engineering & Project Management.
Throughout my career, I have held senior leadership roles including Principal Consultant at Meinhardt Group, Managing Director at CSC Consultants, and Senior Manager (MEP & Building Services) at the Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab. I have successfully led major infrastructure, transmission, airport, healthcare, and commercial projects, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with international standards, and stakeholder satisfaction.
My expertise spans electrical & MEP design, transmission & distribution, renewable energy integration, SCADA/IoT/automation systems, project feasibility, risk assessments, and stakeholder engagement. I am a PEC registered engineer and member of Engineers Australia, ACS, APESMA, and IEEEP.
