About me
I have diversified and multi-dimensional professional background in the Admin/HR profession with almost 13 years of working in both private sectors and public sector organizations of the country.
I am currently working as a Manager – HR & Admin at National Power Parks Management Company (Pvt.) Limited (NPPMCL). NPPMCL is a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) with assets worth more than five hundred billion rupees and multi-billion rupees in revenue.
I oversee the HR and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals by managing key HR areas, including Talent Acquisition and Management, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Additionally, being Manager HR drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.
On the administrative front, I am responsible for overseeing facilities management, fleet operations, and procurement processes to ensure seamless support for the organization operational needs.
By integrating HR and administrative efforts, I play a vital role in creating an efficient, compliant, and dynamic workplace that supports Organization strategic objectives and operational excellence.
During my career, I have overhauled HR/Admin systems of medium and large sized organizations including engineering companies and autonomous government organizations.
