Commercials & Client Engagement:
• Drive revenue growth and profitability through contract renewals, business expansion, rate negotiation, and introduction of value-added services for enterprise clients.
• Develop and execute client engagement strategies at CXO level, building long-term relationships that lead to increased wallet share and renewals.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders to track performance against agreed KPIs and SLA targets.

Financial Management & Cost Optimization:
• Optimize SG&A and direct operational costs by implementing lean warehousing initiatives, automation, workforce planning, and vendor cost rationalization.
• Ensure accurate billing, monitor receivables, and manage credit exposure by implementing strong collection strategies and regular AR aging reviews.
• Act as a key decision-maker in technology investments, facility expansion, and warehousing modernization in alignment with long-term business plans.

Inventory & Systems Optimization:
• Strengthen WMS utilization and inventory control systems to enhance order accuracy and fulfillment rate.
• Implement redesigned process flows to support scalability, real-time tracking, and inventory visibility across multi-client, multi-site operations.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:
• Led organization-wide initiatives for ISO 9001 compliance and implemented Net Promoter Score (NPS) tracking to measure and improve client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with national and customer-specific HSE policies across warehousing sites, conduct safety audits, drills, and training programs.
• Manage 3PL and 4PL warehousing and logistics partners, ensuring seamless coordination and performance against service levels, safety, and cost targets.
• Ensure all transport operations comply with road safety laws and company policies.
