• led staff of more than 60 + individuals and smooth shift operation 24 x 7 at manufacturing plant’s Raw material, & Finished goods sales warehouses of more than 56,000 sqft. with inventory turnover of more than 1.1 million Phc per month at multiple locations with best house-keeping practices, HSE standards and GMP.
• Managed Fleet of 60 commercial trucks, 4 Prime Mover, 15 Fork lift Trucks, Man handling Equipment (MHE), as per their targeted utilization and efficiencies, ensuring OPEX remains in budget. Vehicle management of 150+ third party vehicles in order to provide timely logistic services between plants, warehouses and distributor’s location.
• Demand forecast planning and Quality Inventory Management at its prime age (FEFO/FIFO). Supply planning with Production as per MRP, MPS for raw material.
• Controlled inventories in and out through gate pass, GRN, physical stock count and audit, both physical and in ERP system. Reduced wastages as per target and taking action on slow moving items (SMI), dead stock (DS) disposal of obsolete/expired and its management in SAP & BASIS.
Key achievements
• Reduced OPEX by 17%, mainly freight cost, by negotiation and review of contract with Freight forwarders.
• Conducted successful company’s audit standard related to HSE, SGP, OHSAS, E1, & QEOSH
