I am a highly organized and motivated professional with 12+ years of experience in HRBP, Human Resources and Recruitment/Technical Recruitment, Administration and Operations. I have completed my bachelor’s degree at American University, Dubai-UAE.
Throughout my career, I’ve honed my skills in managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to training and development. I prioritize fostering a safe and secure work environment for all. Additionally, I spearheaded the development and implementing of a comprehensive HR strategy encompassing key areas like talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, learning and development, performance management and employer branding. This strategy also focused on fostering a positive company culture, employee motivation, and succession planning.
My expertise extends beyond HR functions, as I’m proficient in a wide range of technology platforms, including HR software (ADP, BambooHR), Zoho, Data Management systems (Odoo, ERP and company databases), Project Management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Azure DevOps and Monday.com), Communication Platforms (Slack, Teams and Google Suite), and various Applicant Tracking Systems (Manatal, Green House, ResourceInn, Custom-Developed ATS systems, etc.).
