• Here I got the opportunity to lead the Manufacturing/Assembling unit in almost all aspects i.e., Planning, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, Admin/HR, Inventory Management & Vendor/Product development with mandate of decision-making.

Appointed as Plant Manager, I was responsible to establish the organization at new premises by hiring professional team, establishing the operations, quality systems and controls.
My responsibilities and accomplishments included;
• Being at the top of hierarchy on operations side, I was responsible for all operations of production, inventory management, QA/QC, and R&D at Plant.
• Organization of the plant layout for optimum productivity.
• Training of Production, Quality, and Inventory Management teams professionally.
• Initiate R&D activities to minimize problems in product and services and work on new assignments to produce what the customers require.

Lead Consultant/ Trainer

Matrix Consultants offers consultancy services and Trainings for QMS, Supply Chain Management, 5S, Operations Management, Data & Business Intelligence Analysis, HSE and Factory Management Best Practices. I am responsible for business development, working with clients on consultancy projects, leading the team of consultants and trainers in achieving defined objectives and manage trainings.

Manager Production

Metro Hi-Tech Pvt. Ltd. had emerged as one of the fastest growing automobile assemblers involved in manufacturing of four-stroke motorcycle.
Accomplishments & Responsibilities;
• Responsible for all manufacturing/ assembling operations of Motorcycle plant.
• I increased the capacity & actual production from 100 to 500 motorcycles/day by re-organizing the plant layout, efficient utilization of space, assembly line balancing and minimizing constraints at the same premises with relatively a small team.
• Established new Paint Shop and improved the capacity of paints shops up to 200%.
Introduced modern concepts of Lean Manufacturing, 5S & Kaizen, got breakthrough results in terms of cost reduction, continuous improvement, and increased productivity in terms of cost, labor, and space utilization.
• I personally trained the first line managers’ team in using Statistical Process Control tools like Pareto Charts, Fishbone Diagram, Histograms, Scatter Diagram, Process Flow Charts, Run Charts and Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
• Drastically brought down rejections, repairs, and re-works in Assembling and Manufacturing.

Deputy GM/Manager QA

The company is involved in manufacturing of high precision automotive parts with specialty in Engine Bearings, Bushes, Thrust Washers, and Cylinder Liners of all Vehicles. My accomplishments & responsibilities were;
• Acted as a focal point and leader to all Operations related activities. • Close Liaison with present & prospective customers. • Manage new product developments from conception through development planning, budgeting, and scheduling;
• Generate monthly reports on Production, Quality, Materials, Procurement and Human Resources to facilitate topmost management in future decision-making.
• Build and manage the team of professionals in Quality Assurance, Production, and Procurement.

Quality Assurance Officer/ MR

The company, a well-known manufacturer and exporter of Surgical, Manicure and dental instruments. There I played a major role in;
