• As a Section Manager Mechanical, I am responsible for overseeing and managing all mechanical erection, installation, and commissioning activities, ensuring the successful execution of projects within scope, timeline, and budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Responsibilities as a Section Manager Mechanical at Yamama Cement Power Plant Extension.The project is in execution phase, having 2xW18V50DF engines and 4 x Static Frequency Convertors (SFC).
• Installation and Commissioning of 3 x 12V32 engines as a core team lead at this project. Successful handing over within the timeline. -
2016 - 2024

Mechanical Engineer
• Working as a Mechanical Engineer (UNIC), supervising mechanical Erection, Installation & Commissioning activities.
• As a Site Manager and Commissioning Manager for 1 x 16V34SG and successful handing over.
• As a Commissioning Manager for 6 x W20V32F engines at Etihad Food Karbala, Iraq project.
• Erection of 2xW20V34DF Wartsila engines as a Project Lead, a challenging task because of congested space.
• Commissioning of 3x20V34DF Wartsila engines and successful handing over quite ahead of the timeline.
• As a Commissioning Manager, 40.4 MW Power Plant (4x20V34DF engines) in Al Shehr, Yemen. Successful handing over of the plant after completing Performance test and fulfilling all requirements. -

• Worked as a Mechanical Team Leader, handling all the maintenance activities in the plant as a team leader.
• Gas commissioning of all 16 (W18V50DF) engines as an Automation & mechanical Leader from AES Jordan.
• Managed the plant availability at 98% by preventive and predictive maintenance scheduling.
• Delivering technical and hands-on trainings to the mechanical team. -

• Worked as a Service & Automation Engineer (Mechanical), performing trouble shootings independently at all major Gas & DF engines also all major maintenance activities as a Team leader and a member as well.
• Certified WECS Expert for 3000, 8000, UNIC C1 & C2, doing installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting at various Gas Power Plants.
• Supervising Installation and commissioning of Alfa Laval Separators for Lube Oil and Fuel Oil at various Power Plants.
