 Leading & Responsible for Technical and Productions of Lahore, Karachi plants.
 Erection and Start up responsibility for UAE and KSA plants.
 Responsible for all new developments being happen within the group.
 Human Resource development and succession Planning, General Administration, Quality
Control & Quality Assurance with Marketing Department, Material Management, Resource
Management and Mobilization, Operation Management system, Project Management,
Procurement Management and Communication system. Overall responsible for
Maintenance including Projects, Production, Dispatches & Deliveries, Utilities (water, Air
and Steam management), Engineering Department, Raw Material Management &
Inventories, close interaction & advising supply chain department, Planning &
Development, Training Department, Inventories Control, Developing & ensuring use of
SOPs, House Keeping, Accident prevention and Plant Safety.
 Ensured ISO certifications and regulatory requirements of the business.
 Reported to Chief Executive Officer and BOD on all Technical matters.

GENERAL MANAGER PLANT

Responsible for complete Manufacturing & Operations including Projects, Production,
Maintenance, Boiler Houses, Manufacturing of different grades of Carbon, Dispatches &
Deliveries, Utilities (water conservation and steam management), Engineering department
(electrical, electronics, mechanical, civil), Quality Control & Assurance, Raw Material
Management & Inventories, Planning & Development, Supply Chain, Inventories Control,
Developing & Ensuring use of SOPs, Accident prevention and Plant Safety.
 Reported to Managing Director.

Chief Operating Officer

Responsible for the smooth operation of the company to achieve customer satisfaction.
 Timely delivery and availability of spares and services teams to handle the industrial
requirements quickly and timely.
 Plan and Implement business strategies.
 Set comprehensive goals and KPIs for performance growth.
 Establish policies that promote the company culture and vision.
 Oversee daily operation of the company and that of executives.
 Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
 Evaluate the performance by analyzing the data and prepare the matrices to implement for
improvement.

Sr. General Manager Operations/Director Operations

Department, Quarry and Mining, Quality Control & Quality Assurance, Raw Material Management

prevention and Plant Safety Management (HSE).
 Led Succession planning in all departments.

 Built and manage good relationships between all stakeholders.

Chief Manufacturing/General Manager Manufacturing

Raw Material Management & Inventories, Planning & Development, supply chain department,

prevention and Plant Safety Management (HSE), Succession planning in all manufacturing
departments.
 Reported to Managing Director on all Technical matters.

General Manager Plant

General Manager Operations & Works

Overall responsible for complete Works Operation including Production, Maintenance, Boiler
House, Power House, Utilities (water, Air and steam conservation and management),
Engineering department (electrical, electronics, mechanical, civil) Quality Control & Quality
Assurance, Material Management, Planning & Development, Training Department, Inventories
Control, close interaction with supply chain, Developing & ensuring use of SOPs, Accident
prevention and Plant Safety Management (HSE), Energy Conservation.
 Additionally, was also responsible for enabling best HR Practices and looking after three (03)
business units of the company.
 Fully protected the works environment from chlorine leakage effect by adopting good operational
practices
 Performed three Hcl furnaces Project worth millions of rupees on production which were out of
production for so many years by using in house resources.
 Successfully enhanced production of NH4Cl plant from 10 TPD to 15 TPD. Added Cacl2 pits
system instead of using Baco3 to be more economical material.
 Introduction of Energy Conservation measures to save millions of rupees in the power
consumption head of the factory
 Handled harmonic filter Project in the electrical system. Introduced Vibration analysis, condition
monitoring and leakage detection cell. Added new system to control and monitoring effluents
drains. Installed new weigh bridge system. Development of scrap yard & Startup of in house
rotary workshop and cylinder testing workshop.
 Reported to Managing Director on all matters.

General Manager Technical

Responsible for providing leadership in planning, implementation, Projects management and
supervising work plans for Plant Operation, Production Planning and its Execution, Process,
Utilities (water management, water purification, water reusing and conservation), Quality
Assurance, Repair, Maintenance, Procurement, Store Budgeting, Inventory Control. Mechanical,
Electrical Section, Raw Material Management, Packing, Research & Development. Boilers, Water
Treatment, CO2 plant, Ammonia & Air Compressors, Syrup Room, Seven Production Lines with
Production Capacity of 1,50,00 cases per day and Plant supply chain management.
 Created and led different teams and individuals to ensure overall quantum and quality of the
work. Managed their performance with provision of clear directions, training, guiding and
counseling to achieve the company goals.
 Commanded the force of 1200 workers, Technicians and 35 officers in the company.
 Handled the project of erection of SIMONNAZI production line.
 Reported to Managing Director on all matters.

Chief Engineer/General Manager Production

Overall responsible for Plant Operation, Production, Utilities(water and steam utilization
management), Maintenance, Stores Inventories, plant supplies management & Administrative
Management Body Preparation, Spray Dryer, Biscuit Kiln, Glost Kiln, Roller kiln, S/Ware Kiln,
Hydraulic pumps, Stirrers, Presses, Mold Shop, Casting Hall, Raw Control & inspection, Sorting,
Grading and Packaging, Mechanical Section, Electrical Section, Research & Development and
Quality Assurance, Glaze Preparation and Glaze Lines sections.
 Led a work force of 400 workers and 50 officers (this responsibility also includes hiring, firing,
CBA negotiations and demands settlements, company security, time management, personnel
and HR Management).
 Reported to Managing Director on all matters.

Manager Production

Worked as Trainee Engineer at Maple Leaf Cement and later on promoted as Assistant Manager,
Deputy Manager and then Manager (Production) at Gharibwal Cement.
 Main responsibilities include Shift Management, all types of Breakdown, Repair & Maintenance of
Complete plant during the respective shift. Preparation of Shift production reports and shift
rosters.
 Responsible for Administration, Operation, Production, Inventory control, Utilities and
Maintenance Management of Mill House Section, Kilns, Furnace Oil preheating plant, Boilers,
slurry blending section, slurry storage silos , slurry pipe lines, feeding tanks, drag chains, storage
yards, oil pumps and oil pipe lines.
 Reported to General Manager Works on all matters.
