About me
With over 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, I bring a diverse portfolio that spans Education, Healthcare, Real Estate, IT, and FMCG sectors. My core competencies include Talent Acquisition, Policy Development, Organizational Design, Change Management, Training & Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee and Employer Branding, Employee Relation and Retention and Strategic HR Consulting.
Currently, I serve as the Head of Human Resources at the International Centre of Excellence (ICE Pakistan) a transnational education provider delivering globally recognized qualifications in partnership with NCUK and other international bodies. At ICE Pakistan, I have successfully designed and led strategic HR initiatives, including:
- Restructuring the HR function into a value-driven business partner role.
- Leading performance management cycles aligned with academic KPIs and institutional growth plans.
- Managing workforce planning and training for over 400 academic, administrative, and support staff.
- Implementing robust compliance, onboarding, and succession planning frameworks.
- Driving employee engagement, internal communication, and retention programs to align with institutional culture and international academic standards.
- Successfully cultivated and formalized corporate partnerships aligned with our institutional priorities.
Prior to ICE, I had the privilege to design and execute training and development programs for over 3000 professionals in IT, Marketing, Education and Healthcare sectors. My academic background from the United States enabled me to adopt and apply global HR best practices, which I localized successfully for Pakistan’s corporate and institutional environment.
I am particularly passionate about enabling institutions to attract, retain, and nurture talent, while ensuring alignment with business strategy and compliance frameworks. I bring not only operational proficiency but also a forward-thinking HR vision, with a firm grasp of emerging trends such as digital transformation, DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion), and AI-powered HR analytics.
