Santex Products Pvt. Ltd. is born 1983- an FMCG, the first Pakistani company to introduce sanitary napkins, pioneers all the way.
Managing operations of;
 Logistic aspect, end-to-end, first-middle-last mail of whole company operations saved 100 Million in last four FY.
 Leading nationally warehouses operations country wide all inbounds and outbounds including Karachi factory 3 units; FG, RM & PM warehouse and 04 regional warehouses Multan, Lahore, Faisalabad & Islamabad.
 Planning and monitoring of warehouse & logistic department annual budget, annual project; like racking, technology, MHE procurement, cost cutting, rate negotiations and contract management with vendors.
 Inventory and logistic dashboard for real time data visibility, OG, in-transit, shipments at port and bounded warehouse stock, inventory on production etc.
 To liaise across the organization, particularly with Inventory planner, commercial dept, sales & marketing, and production, to ensure that supply and logistics strategies and activities are integrated and aligned with the overall objectives.
 Monthly S&OP future forecasting demand, supply and operation from port-first mile to last mile customers.
 Weekly SIOP-Sales, inventory, operation and planning meeting to ensure monthly targets, challenges and backup plan.
 Channel management; E-Commers stores, MM stores, distributors and retail business.
 Maintaining standard of material, health and safety, hygiene and security.
 GMP & GDP (Goods manufacturing & distribution practice), Raw material, packaging, SF storage, FG and distribution.
 Maintaining optimal stock levels to ensure timely availability of material against sales forecast and production plans and continuously reporting to concern departments.
 Managing team all divisions, shifts planning, OT reduction, hiring and appraisal etc.
