About me
I have Versatile plant production, Operations, HSE, pre-commissioning, commissioning and leadership experience of Fertilizer & Manufacturing sector. In fertilizer industry, performed the role of Operations Engineer on Ammonia/Utilities unit with responsibility of safe & smooth plant operation. Worked as Plant Manager and currently working as GM Production in ICI Pakistan with leading a staff of 310 permanent employees. Have experience of monitoring site productivity & efficiency and coordination for development and implementation of plans pertaining to HSE, Quality, training, budgeting and plant reliability enhancement by coordination within and cross department. Wide experience of implementing Du-Pont Safety systems. Lead and participated in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies. Performed the role of auditor to check site compliance of safety systems under the guidelines of Du-Pont
