Head of Supply Chain

Manager Supply Chain

• Implemented measurable and sustainable supply chain performance metrics delivering material cost reductions, working capital improvements, and optimal supplier performance and development.

Accounts Payable & GL Manager

• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing in accordance with IFRS/US GAAP and as per the guidance of regional and corporate office.
• Analyze financial statements and provide key analysis about profitability of the company, identify the gaps, and suggest appropriate recommendations to Finance Director.
• Ensure full compliance to internal controls processes, support both internal and statutory auditors to perform their procedures and analysis on timely manner.
• Performed foreign trade functions like negotiation with banks on LC & bank contracts, endorsement of shipping documents and foreign remittances etc.
• Perform monthly tracking of CaPex spending against approved budget and ensure timely and accurate capitalization of fixed assets.
• Annual and quarterly financial budget review and variance analysis including management of working capital, vendor, debtor, reduction of cost &, cash and ratio analysis.
• Maintain appropriate relations with funders and make reports as necessary, ensuring compliance with any contracts
• Maintain day-to-day financial control of the service within budget heads agreed by the management.
• Liaison and negotiations with Leasing companies to maintain working capital requirements.
• Development, documentation, compliance and improvement of standard operating procedures and internal control Systems.

Finance Executive

• Ensure timely and accurate closing of General Ledger and preparation of relevant financial reports and reconciliations.
• Prepare journals, debit and credit notes, inter-company billings and ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries and adherence to accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations on a timely basis and ensure correct bank balances are reflected in accounting books.
• Work closely with other Finance team members and advise on proper coding of transactions.
• Prepare tax analysis for tax authorities, preparation of Withholding Income tax and Sales Tax (VAT) Returns and submission and timely payments.
