• Strategic Leadership & Planning
• Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company’s business goals.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and innovation.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend emerging technologies to strengthen business processes.
• Infrastructure Management
• Oversee and maintain the complete IT infrastructure including servers, storage, virtualization, firewalls, networks, and cloud services.
• Deploy and manage Hyper-V clusters with replication between both offices ensuring high availability and business continuity.
• Migrate physical ERP servers to virtualized environments for better performance and reliability.
• Implement and maintain pfSense Plus firewall for network security and VPN connectivity.
• Manage UniFi access points deployment across both offices for optimized wireless performance.
• Systems & Applications
• Manage and maintain IP-PBX systems, Microsoft Exchange, and MDaemon on-premises servers.
• Oversee migration from WHM email to Microsoft 365 & Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• Deploy and administer TrueNAS for database and file server backups.
• Implement and manage Veeam Backup & Replication for complete server backup and disaster recovery.
• Maintain and monitor Zabbix and SIEM EventLog Manager for proactive infrastructure and security monitoring.
• Manage the company’s Domain Controllers, File Servers, and Active Directory for centralized user and policy management.
• Policy & Compliance
• Develop and enforce IT, Internet, and Laptop usage policies ensuring standardization and compliance across the organization.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
• Conduct regular system audits and risk assessments.
• Web & Application Management
• Manage and maintain 12+ company websites including WordPress deployments and hosting optimization.
• Oversee performance, updates, and security of all online assets.
• Backup, Security & Continuity
• Ensure robust backup and disaster recovery strategies across all systems and offices.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint and network-level security.
• Lead business continuity planning and testing for critical systems.
• Team & Vendor Management
• Lead and mentor the IT team, ensuring skill development and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers for procurement, support, and maintenance of IT solutions.
• Provide periodic reports and updates to senior management regarding IT operations, risks, and strategic initiatives.
