Intern Inspection Engineer

At the National Center for Failure Analysis (NCFA), I assisted engineers in performing Root Cause Failure Analysis for
industrial clients by conducting material tests (SEM, EDX, XRD, FTIR) per ASTM/ISO standards. This hands-on experience
provided me with a strong foundation in diagnostic methodologies and quality control procedures, directly contributing to
resolving critical failures.

Product Content Intern

My internship at GAO TEK as a Product Content Intern has been a valuable learning experience. I am responsible for sanitizing
product content, completed 2 months of training, and served as a squad leader for 1 month., and served in the Tech Support and Digital Marketing departments within this organization.

Intern Quality Control engineer

▪ I learned and observed the process flow of a Continuous Casting Machine.
▪ I learned about the CNC machine used to design rolls. I observed types of defects in a billet and visited the spectroscopy
lab, physical testing lab, and metallurgy lab.
▪ I learned the rolling cycle of each size rolled by the mill and the different kinds of stands used. Comprehending
engineering standards and codes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations during design and testing
activities.
