About me
I have altogether more than 11 years’ experience in Commercial Management, Business Management, Customer Service Management, Procurement, Logistics & Import & Export Management with Vendor and customers relationship management skills. I am a self-starter and have the ability to take initiative for timely decision-making. Effective communicator and a dynamic team player who utilizes creativity, dedication, ownership, and teamwork to provide, execute and maintain solutions that create customer value and loyalty. I have the ability to work independently even in pressurized conditions and a narrow margin of timelines. I like to Analyse and identify the level of service I would want, and I then try to deliver the same to my customers. Furthermore, I wish to work for a customer-focused company where performance is acknowledged inflexible and progressively responsible roles. I am also able to tackle any unforeseen situations like urgent customer orders, any incident or loss of stock, the system breaks down, etc. with the objective to maintain the smooth business flow without customer inconvenience.
As far as my academics are concerned, I have done MBA (Marketing) from SZABIST and have four years Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration too.
