Directed multi-business units, including Staple Fiber, Polymer, and
DTY Plants, enhancing operational efficiency. Successfully
implemented sustainability initiatives by reusing waste products,
reducing environmental impact. Optimized inventory management,
managed annual budgets and CAPEX projects, ensuring alignment
with business objectives. 16xManagers (operations& Maintenance)
reporting to me and total manpower at the plant is 1300 hundreds.

shutdowns through process optimization and Lean Manufacturing
