     Developed and executed Organizational Restructuring, Profiling and JD of Management Positions.
     Record time Installation and Commissioning of HFO Engines. Developed criteria for running most feasible Fuel and Engines for 22 MW Power House and Resin Plant.
     Prepared Cost Benefit Analysis, aligned MD and implemented the utilization of available 4 MW KESC Supply for less critical loads.

    The role was responsible for steering implementation of PepsiCo Quality, Food Safety, Manufacturing Excellence, Capability and Sustainability objectives at 15 bottling plants having 0.5 B Beverage cases sale including CSD, Juices and Water. Develop and enhance Approved Suppliers base for all raw and packaging materials to support business growth. Lead Supply Chain development and Commercialization of Innovations.
     Enabled Juice drink staggering growth by improving profitability. First time in PepsiCo history developed Tetra Pack alternative supplier for packaging paper (25% saving) and machines (one third the cost of Tetra Pack). Led machine and process Design Reviews, suggested modifications, conducted FAT. Supervised commissioning and qualification on PepsiCo standards at Multan and Gujranwala plants
     Delivered over USD 12M of cost savings during 2017-18 by implementation of Value Engineering, Source Drift and Efficiency Improvement initiatives.

    GM Concentrate Plant

    Reporting to Divisional Headquarter in Ireland. As GM Conc. Plant, supervised the Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, HR, Quality, Food Safety and HS&E functions of the facility. Plant is situated at Hattar industrial estate with annual turnover of USD 30 million and staff strength of 100.
     Initiated Sales and Operational Planning and Improved Forecast Accuracy from 50 to 80%. Inventory levels reduced to 131 days in 2015 from 259 days in 2011. Sustained OTIF levels between 99.8 to 100 % despite Inventory reduction.
     Highest Savings years 2011 to 2014, over USD 0.6 to 1 million each year.
     Led Management of Change during transition from Oracle to SAP and Divisional to Matrix structure.
     Restructured Management Team. Steered team building process by instilling Trust and Higher Purpose Vision. Employees Engagement Index improved from 66 to 88 %. Best improved site in 2011 Global Employees Engagement Survey. Sustained the index at 83 % in 2013.
     Received PepsiCo Global Harvey Russell Diversity and Inclusion 2015 award from Chairman in USA as a recognition of high Impact CSR projects involving nearby community especially hundreds of students through financial assistance, medical camps and provision of clean drinking water.

    Production Manager

    Largest national Paints manufacturing facility capable of producing over 4M liters of Decorative and Industrial products. Production crew comprised of 210 contractual and 40 permanent (unionized) staff.
     Applying Lean Manufacturing and DMAIC approach established a system for gathering and sharing data for production loses and quality discrepancies. Prepared Production department Improvement Plan and coaxed support from other functions.
     Disciplined unionized work force by developing JD’s of operators and initiated accountability fixation with HR.
     Carried out Succession Planning for Contractual workforce. Identified efficient workers, cross trained and replaced them with careless workers at critical duties. Revised salaries of efficient workers.
     All Manufacturing KPI’s improved. Overtime cost reduced by 30%. Cycle time by 13%, Right First Time by 10%, Productivity by 5 % and Customer complaints by 40%.

    ICI Polyester Fibres

    Trainee Shift Manager to Section Head | ICI (AkzoNobel)

    Joined ICI Polyester through Management Trainee scheme. Learnt and contributed at Petro Complex for 14 years. Gradually elevated to Section Head while taking up assignments such as Shift Manager, Shift Coordination Manager, Development (Process Control) Manager, Laboratory Manager and Utilities Section Manager (including power generation, Waste Water Treatment Plant etc).
     Switched to alternate suppliers of raw materials after careful assessment of performance on process and downstream operations. Replacement of Titanium Di Oxide, Antimony Tri Oxide and Spin finishes are a few examples.
     First time in the history of Dupont U.S.A technology Resin unit, stopped use of Di-Ethylene Glycol injection. The deficiency was made up by process optimization.
     Reduced the pack startup failure rate from 25 % to less than 5 %.
     Designed De-bottlenecking PTA powder conveying section from 240 tpd to 320 tpd by replacing minimum hardware.
     Led commissioning of Two 5.6 MW Gas Turbines with WHRBs in 2008. Supervised staff training, equipment and installation checks, integration with existing system and trouble-free startup.
     Prepared feasibility study for Asset Modernization and Improvement Project (AMIP). The 3.5 years pay back focused on internal savings through efficiency improvements. The AMIP came on line in Q-1 2006.
     As a core project team member supervised mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and startup activities of capacity expansion projects including 65 K ton Green Field start up in 1997 and subsequent expansions 44 K tons in 2002 & 20 K tons in 2006.
