● Designing, Selection & procurement of Efficient Power Plant Engines, Gas fired boilers, Biomass boilers, PEB
Shades, Ventilation system, cooling towers, Pumping System, Chillers, Pumps, Air compressors and Civil
Constructions etc.
● Exhaust Heat recovery from all heat sources in Power Plant I.e. Jacket Water Heat Recovery, Exhaust Heat
recovery.
● Utilization of Drain Caustic up to 75% by Designing of Caustic recovery plant with innovative ideas related to Mechanical &
Electrical works, incorporated with minimum steam consumption. It includes new tank designs, their cleaning mechanisms,
operational procedures and its related recoveries.
● Planning and organization of water sources, specially bore water to get maximum water from UG. Designing
of RO plants on bore water with maximum output.
● Cost Analysis of operations of Utilities and Processing department for maximum saving of allocated powers.
● Designing of renewable power (Solar, Wind) and synchronization with Captive power equipment.
● Feasibilities studies (ROI) on different projects.
● ISO (50001) Energy Management System Implementation.
● Conversion of existing coal fired boiler to Biomass fired

Water of JGS 620-F Jenbacher gas Engines.
● Cost Analysis of operations of Utilities and department for maximum saving of allocated powers.
● Developed full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
