That position provided me with hands-on experience in HR essentials ranging from data analysis and compliance to strategy planning and employee-facing communication, and it convinced me that HR is where I can make the most meaningful contribution while also growing professionally.

In my HR work at NSOL BPO, I improved my capacity to translate people data into actionable steps.
I regularly utilized Excel and MS Office to maintain data, generate reports, and track critical
indicators that assisted supervisors in making educated staffing and training decisions. Working in a
fast-paced BPO environment taught me how to manage urgency and accuracy, adhere to regulatory
and business standards, and handle common employee issues with compassion and confidentiality.
These experiences have equipped me to handle recruitment, onboarding, monitoring of performance,
and day-to-day employee relations with efficiency and sensitivity. -

I worked as a Customer Service Agent at Walmart (IBEX Karachi). That role helped me
improve my communication skills and showed me how to work with a variety of stakeholders,
including customers, team members, and managers, to achieve positive results. I bring the same
customer-centric habits to HR: active listening, clear documentation, prompt follow-up, and a calm,
solution-oriented approach to conflict resolution.
