Operational Role: Human Recruitment Management:
ï‚· Supervise overall interviews and induction process of Management staff and workers as per
requisitions on a regular basis.
ï‚· Ensure database of CVs of Skilled Positions & collect necessary data related to external market and
compensation trends extracted through interviews & resumes.
ï‚· Explore & maintain internal and external sources for hiring of workers, all recruitments are as per SOP
at the induction office.
ï‚· Ensure proper placement of workers, necessary orientation, confirm their availability & follow up with
departments as well as workers about performance & work environment
ï‚· Orientation / counseling, Time & Attendance Management, Compensation & Benefits, F&F, Training &
Development, Performance Management (Appraisal), Surveys and Analysis.
Operational Role: Administration
ï‚· Housekeeping: Ensures location wide Housekeeping Services are provided as per schedule & standard.
ï‚· Mess/Canteen: Validate the order placed to Metro/Imtiaz purchases & compare rates with local market.
Validate daily inventory system of Mess & Canteen & ensure zero tolerance on wastage of leftover kitchen
items & food.
ï‚· Transportation/Fleet Management: Ensure timely maintained provided of pool and officials cars through
transport department. Analysis & control fuel consumption of pool cars & provide solution to maintain cost
effective consumption. Monitor usage of pool vehicles against service desk requests & provide alternate
solutions in case of non-availability.
 Dormitory Affairs: Monitor worker’s dormitory affairs & other administrative issues are resolved on timely
basis. Ensure updated record of Colony, room occupancy & facility matrix as per standard.
ï‚· Scrap Management: Ensures timely segregation & disposal of all sorts of scrap as per standard. Ensuring
utilization of waste scarp at the location in terms of Engineering point of view.
ï‚· Communication: Ensure smooth functioning of Mail dispatch & Courier Services. Smooth operation of phones
regarding any complaints w.r.t. Tele-communication services.
ï‚· Civil Matters related to maintenance/ new construction work: Ensure timely execution of Civil related mini
projects & Helpdesk complaints as per set standards & procedures. Monitor maintenance work & ongoing
projects, verify & Vet Quotations & ensure the usage PPE’s.
General Administration:
ï‚· Perform daily visit of factory area and initiate corrective and preventive measures for any irregularity
observed.
ï‚· Coordinate factory visits of the distinguished guests as and when required.
ï‚· Perform surprise visit (Off days or odd timings like early morning or late night) in a month to ensure proper
utilization of manpower, safe energy, alert safety & security, and any other irregularity observed.
ï‚· Coordinate & organize different events / occasions in company (Weaving a better world, Blood donation,
World Environment, No Tobacco Day etc.) and perform any task/job related to the event as and when
directed by the HOD.
Operational Role: Safety & Security and Social Compliance
Monitor and ensure effectiveness of Safety and Security related training as per Planner
Investigate root cause of Fire incidents/Accidents with JIT, prepare report and suggest Prevention.
Regular monitoring/surveillance through CCTV cameras at all locations and report abnormalities to concerns.
Also ensure monthly maintenance as per schedule
To Ensure Social compliance, Record keeping, training execution & related awareness sessions
To handle and supervise any accident/emergency within the factory area, look after hospital issues and
follow up on related investigation as and when required.
To coordinate factory visits of the distinguished guests as and when required.
Regular visits of safety teams to check unsafe acts, ensure safety protocols for work permits and take action
on spot to prevent fire accidents
Ensure safety at construction SITE and coordinate with Civil to ensure safety protocols
Monitor and ensure implementation of COVID-19 SOP and its protocol (Temperature Monitoring, Hand
Sanitization at Gate, Wearing of Masks at the time of entrance) Zero Tolerance
Operational Role: Employee Relations / Industrial Relations Affairs:
ï‚· Ensure compliance of all statuary laws under The Sindh Factories Act and Terms of Employment (Standing
Orders) Act, 2015
ï‚· Ensure compliance of statutory benefits under provision of Employees Old Age Benefit Act, 1976 and Sindh
Employees Social Security Ordinance, 1965
ï‚· Ensure Industrial Peace; conducting domestic inquiries and making report thereof along with findings and
recommendation
ï‚· Co-ordination with relevant Governmental Institutions on issues pertaining to Industrial/Employee relations
and to fulfill the legal requirements of the Company.
ï‚· Overall controlling outsourced Janitorial services and Labour compliances by the contractor.
Contractor’s Agreement Management:
ï‚· Ensure all contract agreements are renewed at least 15 days before expiry and update it in system.
ï‚· Maintain filing of contractor personal record other correspondence \ documentation. Process clearance of
leaving contractors, payment of final dues & relevant documentation.
ï‚· Liaison between contractors & F&A for their timely processing of cheques, advances & other legal matters as
per requirements.
ï‚· Employees for SESSI & follow up for cards preparation on a regular basis.
