About me
With over 15 years of experience, I became Pakistan’s youngest MANAGER at just 23 and have since progressed into senior leadership roles across industries such as Textiles, Towels, Denim, Garments, Leather, Automobiles, Defense Products, Auto Parts, Socks, and Commercial Trading.
I have successfully led end-to-end Supply Chain operations, including Procurement, Import & Export, Shipping & Forwarding, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehousing, and Customs Clearance.
My expertise spans Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, and Trade & Banking (LCs, Advance Payments, DP/DA) with full-cycle documentation. I possess in-depth knowledge of Customs Acts, SROs, Tariff Structures, Temporary Imports, and bonded schemes such as DTRE, MB, EOU, and EFS, as well as exempt project cargo handling.
I work closely with Freight Forwarders, Shipping Lines, and Customs Brokers to ensure cost-effective and timely operations.
My core strengths further lie in Risk Mitigation, Cost Control, Contract Management, and cross-functional collaboration, positioning me as a results-driven leader well-suited for Supply Chain and Operations roles in both domestic and international markets. Beyond Supply Chain, I have contributed to HR functions by structuring departments, hiring and mentoring teams, defining KPIs, and designing organograms to align workforce planning with business goals. I have also spearheaded ERP and WMS implementations, driving automation, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
