Supply Chain Manager
I currently serve as a Supply Chain Manager at Ecomspot, having rapidly transitioned from a Management Trainee Officer after successfully completing the initial three-month program. In this capacity, I hold end-to-end responsibility for the complete supply chain lifecycle. This involves handling all steps from supplier sourcing to final customer delivery on Amazon platforms. My primary tasks center on continuous, high-level communication and coordination with a diverse set of stakeholders: managing orders and quality with suppliers, scheduling and optimizing routes with forwarders, ensuring compliance with clients, and resolving complex delivery or inventory issues directly with Amazon Customer Support. This role has dramatically strengthened my abilities in technical problem-solving, real-time data management, and precise global logistics coordination.
