Manager Production Planning /Quality & Parts Development

Achieving the production targets of production lines as per plan (Welding, Moulding, Sewing, Cushioning)
Line Capacity Calculation & Line balancing in accordance with IE Department
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
Team building and facilitation of team members
Carry a friendly, polite but firm and authentic personality to resolve employee issues / concerns in a
professional manner according to the policies
Implementation of LEAN Manufacturing concept in all production lines
Implementation and Training of associates regarding Kaizen System in all Production Lines
