My professional journey spanned over almost two decades in human resources, administration, and operations across various industries. I bring a unique blend of expertise in optimizing organizational functions, driving growth, and building high-performance teams.
My recent role as SR. MANAGER OPERATIONS at ASSURETY PAKISTAN (BACKOFFICE FOR US-BASED SUBSIDIARY), since September 2023, has further strengthened my operational leadership capabilities, making me a perfect fit for this opportunity. I am leading the operations department with a focus on ensuring organizational scalability and growth by making and implementing policy, hiring top talent, implementing effective training programs, and managing financial resources to keep costs low while maintaining high-quality outcomes. Additionally, I have developed strong relationships with government bodies, community organizations, and business verticals that Assurety serves.
As SR. MANAGER HR, I lead the HR department at LEVEL 3 BOS (PVT.) LTD. (BACKOFFICE FOR MOBILELINK.USA), where a headcount of 450 employees was managed, and I dealt with HR operations, recruitment, payroll, training, and budgeting functions. My approach was data-driven, using performance management systems to enhance productivity and proactively address staffing needs. I have successfully implemented policies to protect intellectual property and ensure the safety of confidential data. My work emphasizes maintaining a right-sized, skilled workforce to optimize budget utilization while building a culture of continuous improvement and organic leadership development.
My international experience as MANAGER HR & ADMIN with SAMSUNG C&T IN SAUDI ARABIA further refined my skills in managing complex HR, admin, and operational requirements, compliance standards, and high-volume recruitment. Over 10,000 diverse workers, including executives, technical, nontechnical, white-collar, and blue-collar workers, were managed.

CMIS – Project (FPCCI-CDGK)
Manager Finance & Administration
The project spanned over 18 towns in Karachi. Initiated Public Private Partnership, including Hino-Pak and Atlas Honda. Monitoring the quality of infrastructure, educational reforms, and teachers’ training programs for schools under CDGK.
• Manage the Finance and Administration department as a professional of the Core Team in the CMIS Project. Played a role in establishing public-private partnerships with national and multinational companies (Hino-Pak, Pakistan, and Atlas Honda). Recommend and implement the HR strategies across the project.
• Successfully developed an HR Policies & Procedure Manual, including job specifications, job descriptions, SOPs, KPIs, remuneration/reward systems, and general policies (attendance, leave, vehicle, benefits, etc.).
• Responsible for continuous liaison and communication with the officials of public sector departments, including Education, Training, Finance & Planning, Administration, Media, and Work & Services, to find ways and means to speed up the project’s capital and revenue in & out workflow that enhances project effectiveness.
• To manage a team of 18 managers at TEDC (Town Education Development Centers), middle to senior level recruitment.
Achievements:
• Approved PC1 of Rs. 50 million from CDGK, a success story of strong working relationships with the public and private sectors.
• Worked as Acting Finance Manager, set up (PC 1), and was involved in budgeting, fund generation, and disbursement.
