- Kick of meeting for new projects with project manager & management for project requirement estimated date of material / service requirement at site for KSA & UAE projects.
- Receive daily base site purchase request from project manager in KSA & UAE project
- Review the PR and forward to Purchase assistant for RFQ & further process.
- Review and approval of bid compression for purchase order.
- Negotiations with supplier with big valiums purchase.
- Visiting supplier faciality to check their strength in project support.
- Receiving invoices from KSA & UAE project service / Material provider.
- Verify invoices and forward to finances system for payment
- Making monthly budget for payment of service provider.
- Arrangement of local transport service for warehouse to project & warehouse for mobilization & demobilization of material/ Equipments
- Arrange to prepare shipping document for import & export in between KSA & UAE.
- Verify shipping documents of different country to KSA shipments for the company
- Apply for Saber certificate of import material/equipment to KSA
- Preparing Online invoice chamber certificate and Country of origin certificate form UAE export. To export to different country
- Arrange shipments clearance in KSA ports & Jebel free zone port UAE
