Developed and implemented an integrated supply chain strategy to align demand planning with
logistics execution, optimizing cost and service, ensuring equilibrium across functions and regions.
Led scenario-based planning initiatives to assess plant capacity utilization, dispatch constraints, and
market off-take trends, supporting proactive decision-making to mitigate risks related to dealer
demand fluctuations and logistics availability.
Successfully expanded the logistics and supply network capacity from 13K MT to 21K MT, by
onboarding 20 new transport partners and conducting training sessions for 250+ drivers, enhancing
