With over 11 years of diverse experience across the NGO, textile, telecommunications, ISP, and real estate sectors, I bring a well-rounded HR background and a proven ability to adapt and thrive in different industries. I am confident that my experience, dedication, and people-centric approach make me a strong fit for your team.
Currently, I serve as the Group Head of HR & Compliance in a housing society, overseeing the human resources and compliance functions for a group of over 9 sister companies, collectively employing more than 800 individuals. In this role, I lead strategic HR planning, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage a broad range of functions including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and engagement initiatives. This position requires a high level of coordination, strategic oversight, and the ability to align HR practices across diverse business units.
